Landis at Home has recently established a strategic partnership with rehabilitation provider Symbria to enhance the quality and scope of services offered to clients.

Symbria has already been providing rehabilitation services on the Landis Homes campus, and this partnership makes care available to those living beyond the campus. Symbria’s outpatient therapy at home program’s purpose is to provide high-quality and convenient services to support individuals to achieve safer and more successful aging in place by meeting needs in the areas of rehabilitation (Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy), caregivers support/education, and connection of key players involved in a client’s care in the person’s own home environment. The ability to have access to Landis at Home nurses and support staff is a benefit for Symbria staff and clients, especially during acute changes.
