Pat lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Lancaster for a few years. While they would go to work, Pat would be home. Soon, they realized that she needed more help than they could provide. Thankfully, they learned about Landis at Home through their church and were able to have a caregiver come in and help Pat at their home.

“I began needing help while my family worked. So my caregiver would come and help me get ready for the day, and sometimes they would take me to my doctor’s appointments. I have been very pleased with both my caregivers and my drivers,” Pat shared.

Even after moving to Landis Homes, Pat remained a Landis at Home client. She likes that she has transportation to her appointments, receives other extra services that Landis at Home provides, and still has the freedom to visit with her nine children when they are in town.
